KC Girls Academy provides care and support for girls aged 12-17 who are facing challenges such as anger, self-destructive thoughts, or behavioral issues stemming from adoption, trauma, abuse, negative peer influences, or family conflict. Through our proven Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) approach, we help young women improve their behavior, emotional well-being, and outlook on life. In addition, we place a strong emphasis on enhancing each girl’s academic performance. For over 60 years, the successful Teen Challenge program has been transforming the lives of teenagers across the nation. KCGA offers a faith-based program school that addresses the unique challenges faced by troubled teens today. It blends academic instruction, with spiritual guidance and 24/7 care. The year-round boarding school is designed to create a nurturing environment where students can explore and strengthen their faith while receiving the help they need to overcome emotional and behavioral issues. The school curriculum is infused with Christian values and character development, encouraging girls to develop a deeper relationship with God and integrate their faith into their daily lives. KCGA’s trained staff work closely with the girls to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and behavioral difficulties, all within a framework that emphasizes the importance of spiritual growth and character development.
